Wide Aperture Fiber Optic Probe
The Wide Aperture Fiber Optic Probe allows four times the amount of light input as the Small Aperture probes, compensating for dim LEDs and potential misalignment errors in ATE test fixtures. These probes are the best choice for finished product displays such as illuminated alpha-numeric icons.
The probes come in a variety of options including a Superflex option and different probe tip lengths.

- Probe tip diameter: 2.77mm, stainless steel tip
- LED spacing: Not less than 2.77mm
- Probe tip type: non-contacting stainless steel
- Air-gap: 1mm minimum, recommended – up to 3mm to increase the field of view when testing misaligned LEDs
- Various tip lengths are available

Superflex cable length of 250mm (250SF), 6.35mm minimum bend radius. Easy access for difficult-to-reach LEDs.
